Work Plan

The goal of FOR ALL at this project phase is analyse, trial and validate the introduction of this new trans-European e-health service in order to decide whether to proceed ahead with the subsequent deployment phase around in Europe as well as potentially in other regions. In order to achieve this objective within the trans-European environment an attentive analysis of the potential market and of the user requirements needs to be carried out (these activities are envisaged in WP 1 and 4) before the pilot service applications can be adapted, customised and tested within a trial group (activities of WP2 and WP3). With the inputs from these activities will be possible to complete the solid business plan necessary for the completion of the market validation (WP5). The project management and dissemination activities (WP0 and WP6), on the other hand, are carried out throughout the whole duration of the project

Work Packages
WP0. Project Management
Leader. MOVIQUITY
This activity is carried throughout the whole duration of the project in order to monitor the schedulalibility of all the tasks and the overall adherence to the approved work plan. This means that there will be a continuous flow of management information to the all project partners in order to improve efficiency, to provide the necessary seamless development of the entire project, and to ensure a timely response in case any risk threats the achievement of the project objectives
WP1. Service Market Assessment
Leader. IAI
This activity will be carried out in the early stages of the project in order to assess the market potential for the FOR ALL services based on available statistical data from the user organizations. This activity is important in order to build a solid business plan
WP2. Pilot Service Adaptation
Leader. NOEMALIFE
This activity will mainly take care of the new requirements that become clear after the trials, and make the necessary a daptations based on the new service specifications and user requirements. The phase will also take care of the initial modifications of the existing prototypes in order to map the current usage towards the intended service provision and the service architecture. For performing this activity, the service application will be adapted for on-line access, as well as multiple and multilingual services. It is a critical activity because the pilot service trials will make use of the adapted and customised application to provide the e-health service and thus to demonstrate the feasibility of the entire service
WP3. Trial Definition and Execution
Leader. IAI
The trial group and measurement criteria's for the trials will be a very important part of the Market Validation since the trials will be the main source of input. The selection of users and the measurement criteria's will be crucial for correct feedback for the Market Validation and later on for the continuation of the project into the deployment phase. This activity will take place after necessary service adaptations, that is, the service application has been customised and adapted according to the user needs and requirements. During the service trials the system application will be tested by the trial group from IAI, NKUA and CST in order to determine the feasibility of the service, to understand how well these suit the users' needs and to provide feedback for improvements
WP4. Pilot Service Feedback
Leader. NOEMALIFE
This activity is carried out after each iteration of the trials execution for all the user organizations in order to determine and define the user requirements from a user, technical and usability point of view. This means analyzing the needs the user has in order to access the FOR ALL services that the user expects. Providing the new user requirements as new specifications will be input for the next iteration starting at the Service adaptation (when necessary).
Evaluation and business plan: This activity will be carried throughout most of the project as both an intermediate business plan, and final versions have to be provided. The final version will be the Business and Deployment report. All the feedbacks from trials and the assessment of all the costs are necessary in order to build solid business and investment plans. This activity is of strong importance because it defines the possibilities of a successful deployment phase

WP5. Evaluation and Business Plan
Leader. MOVIQUITY
This activity will be carried throughout most of the project as both an intermediate business plan, and final versions have to be provided. The final version will be the Business and Deployment report. All the feedbacks from trials and the assessment of all the costs are necessary in order to build solid business and investment plans. This activity is of strong importance because it defines the possibilities of a successful deployment phase
WP6. Dissemintation fo Results and Training
Leader. MOVIQUITY
This activity is continuous throughout the project as a website will to be created and updated with the project development and the key findings. Various presentations, events and fairs will be attended, where FOR ALL will be disseminated. Two workshops will be provided for the users and the user organizations. One workshop will be held halfway through the Market Validation and the second one will be held at the end of the project. The training part of the Work package is intended to ensure the correct usage which improves the end user experience and ensures an accurate feedback from the end users from the trials
